    Pengembangan Bahan Ajar Modul Interaktif Berbasis Multimedia (BAMI-BM) Materi Dinamika Interaksi Manusia Kelas VII Mata Pelajaran IPS di SMP Negeri 27 Pekanbaru

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan bahan ajar modul interaktif berbasis multimedia (BAMI-BM) materi dinamika interaksi manusia kelas VII SMP. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian pengembangan (Research and Development) menggunakan model ADDIE. Data diperoleh berdasarkan angket validasi ahli bahan ajar dan ahli materi, serta angket kuesioner respon pengguna. Subjek penelitian ini adalah guru IPS dan siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 27 Pekanbaru. Hasil validasi BAMI-BM oleh ahli bahan ajar memperoleh skor keseluruhan rata-rata sebesar 93% dengan kategori valid. Sedangkan hasil validasi BAMI-BM oleh ahli materi memperoleh skor keseluruhan rata-rata sebesar 93% dengan kategori valid. Hasil yang diperoleh dari respon pengguna terhadap BAMI-BM diperoleh persentase  rata-rata skor 89% dengan kategori sangat baik, Sedangkan hasil uji coba satu-satu diperoleh persentase rata-rata skor 93% dengan kategori sangat baik. Hal ini di perkuat oleh respon guru yang juga menyatakan bahwa dari segi isi, penyajian dan tampilan diperoleh persentase rata-rata skor 92% dengan kategori sangat baik

    THE EFFECT OF LEARNING INDEPENDENCE ON CLASS XI ACCOUNTING STUDENTS’ LEARNING OUTCOMES IN THE TRADING COMPANY ACCOUNTING SUBJECT AT SMK BINA PROFESI PEKANBARU

    This paper discusses the effect of independent learning on class XI accounting students’ learning outcomes in the learning subject of trading company accounting at SMK Bina Profesi Pekanbaru. The research uses a type of quantitative descriptive research. The sample was 32 accounting students from class XI in the academic year 2022/2023. Data were collected through questionnaires and documentation, which were subsequently analyzed through simple linear regression data analysis techniques and the coefficient of determination. The results indicate that independent learning had a positive and significant effect on learning outcomes with an effect of 40.9% and the rest was influenced by other factors, which were not discussed in the research like students’ motivation. Thus, it can be concluded that students’ learning outcomes will increase if there is independent learning carried out by the students themselves. Hence, it is expected for teachers to improve student’s learning outcomes by concerning more on increasing the independence of the students themselves

    The character development of entrepreneurship in formal education in line with thenational policy in the field of education, which has prepared the concept ofentrepreneurship-based curriculum for all levels of education. The researchobjective was to assess the entrepreneurial character of teachers SMA NegeriKecamatan Tambang, Kampar district. This is a descriptive quantitative researchconducted by survey. The sample was 114 teachers. Data were collected using aquestionnaire which is based on Likert scale of five options, and the data wereanalyzed using descriptive statistics and statistical inference. This study found thatthe entrepreneurial character of teachers SMA Negeri Kecamatan Tambang,Kampar district viewed by 16 indicators obtained very high value Mean 4, 27 andStandard Deviasi 0.86. Meaning, the entrepreneurial character of teachers has beenvery good, all the indicators are already owned by the teacher with an excellent andvery high, but still needs to be improved by strengthening the entrepreneurialcharacter in the learning activities, with the coaching aspects relating to indicators.The results of this study will be as well as teaching materials and self-improvementof the entrepreneurial character, especially in the educational institution, teachersand students, in order to realize the will of Law Number 20 Year 2003 on NationalEducation System Article 3, which states that the national education serves todevelop skills and character development and civilization of the nation's dignity inthe context of the intellectual life of the nation, aims to develop the potential oflearners to be a man of faith and fear of God Almighty, noble, healthy,knowledgeable, skilled, creative, independent, and become citizens democratic andresponsible

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah model pembelajaran project based learning efektif dalam meningkatkan keterampilan sosial dan hasil belajar siswa. Metode yang digunakan adalah eksperimen semu (Quasi Eksperimen) dengan bentuk desain nonequivalent control group design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas IX yang berjumlah 40 siswa sedangkan teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah sampling jenuh. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keterampilan sosial dan hasil belajar siswa pada kelas eksperimen  lebih tinggi daripada kelas kontrol dengan nilai sig. (2 tailed) sebesar 0,000. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa model Project Based Learning Efektif dalam meningkatkan keterampilan sosial dan hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran IPS kelas IX di SMP Negeri 5 Dayun

    This study aims to determine the effect of variables (1) self-confidence on teacher performance, (2) job saturation on teacher performance, (3) self-confidence and work saturation together on teacher performance. The research respondents were State Elementary School teachers in Tanjung Medan District, Rokan Hilir Regency, totaling 233 people with a sample of 147. The data was collected through questionnaires as a research instrument. The data analysis used is descriptive analysis and inferential statistical analysis. The instrument reliability coefficient was calculated using the Cronbach alpha formula. The results showed that there was a positive and significant effect of self-confidence on teacher performance of 0.159, there was a positive and significant effect of job saturation on teacher performance of 0.112. Meanwhile, together there is an influence of self-confidence and work saturation on teacher performance of 0.264

    This study aims to examine and analyze the communication spak and the work climate performance in which motivation is regarded as an intervening variable. The study was conducted at the Horticultural Food and Plantation Office of Riait Province.The data consist of primary data and secondary data. The population of this research are as big as 153 people. The needed data were collected by using a questionnaire addressed to 111 employees of the Hottikultura Food and Agriculture Service Office in Riau Province. The Slovin formula is used to carried the quistionare. Descriptive analysis method is used to describe the characteristics of respondents and research hypotheses by using relevant statistical tests. The variables of communication and work climate are as independent variables, while performance is as the dependent variable, and the motivation is regarded as intervening or mediating variable. The path analysis is used to analyze the collected data.The results of the study indicate that communication directly influences significantly to motivation. Work climate has a direct significant effect on motivation the communication has a significant direct effect on performance. Whole work climate contributes positively to performance. The motivation correlates significantly on performance. Indirectly, motivation has an intensive mediating role in communication and the communication is over performance. The motivation has a positive median role on the influence of the work climate on performance. Increasing the effectiveness of communication and work climate are recommended to optimize employee performance and motivation

    MODEL PENGEMBANGAN DAERAH TERTINGGAL DALAM UPAYA PERCEPATAN PEMBANGUNAN EKONOMI PEDESAAN

    Kemiskinan menjadi masalah fenomenal sepanjang sejarah Indonesia sebagai nation-state. Kemiskinan tersebut menyebabkan daerah terabaikan dan terisolir. Ketimpangan pembangunan muncul dan berdampak terhadap semakin tertinggalnya perkampungan miskin terebut. Salah satu kabupaten di Provinsi Riau yang merasakan kondisi tersebut adalah Kabupaten Kepulauan Meranti.  Sebagian besar dari desa yang ada yakni 59 desa (80,82%) merupakan desa tertinggal. Jumlah rumah tangga sebanyak 45.564 KK, dan sebesar 56,76% (25.863 KK) merupakan rumah tangga miskin yang terdiri dari 114.496 jiwa. Pada hal daerah ini memiliki letak geografis yang strategis karena berada di jalur pelayaran dan perdagangan internasional selat malaka, berdekatan dengan negara tentangga Malaysia dan Singapura, serta berpotensi sebagai daerah hinterland dari  kawasan Free Trade Zone Batam, Bintan dan Karimun (FTZ-BBK). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyusun rencana strategis model pengembangan daerah tertinggal dalam upaya percepatam pembangunan ekonomi di pedesaan. Penelitian dilakukan melalui survey dengan metode perkembangan (Developmental Research). Untuk pengambilan sampel masyarakat miskin digunakan teknik pengumpulan data dengan metode purposive sampling, analisis  digunakan adalah metode deskriptif kuantitaif dan kualitatif. Penelitian ini menemukan strategi pengembangan daerah pedesaan dalam upaya memacu pertumbuhan ekonomi  daerah dengan pendekatan lintas sektoral di  semua bidang. Penelitian juga menemukan model penurunan jumlah keluarga miskin dengan mengacu kepada empat prinsip strategi penurunan jumlah keluarga miskin

    The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between the level ofstudent satisfaction and motivation in learning groups (cooperative learning) andlearning outcomes in relation to the accounting subjects. The method in thisresearch is quantitative.The population of this research is the students of class XIand XII Accounting Department of SMK Labor Binaan FKIP Riau University. Dataobtained by observing the teacher in class and distributing questionnaires to therespondents. Data were analyzed by using multiple correlation while the instrumentwas tested by using validity. Results from these studies showed that: (1) There aredifferences in the level of satisfaction of students in study groups on special classesand regular classes at SMK Labor Binaan FKIPRiau University. (2) There aredifferences in student motivation in learning groups at special classes and regularclasses at SMK Labor Binaan FKIP Riau University.(3) There is a significantrelationship between the level of student satisfaction with the learning outcomes ofthe accounting subjects in SMK Labor Binaan FKIP Riau University. (4) There is asignificant relationship between motivation and learning outcomes of the accountingsubjects in SMK Labor Binaan FKIP Riau University. (5) There are differences in thelevel of student satisfaction and motivation in relation to group learning and learningoutcomes of the accounting subjects in SMK Labor Binaan FKIP Riau University.From the above results, it can be concluded that there is a significant relationshipbetween the level of student satisfaction and motivation in learning groups(cooperative learning) in accounting subjects in SMK Labor Binaan FKIP RiauUniversity
